What Youll Do

• Administer medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Document accurately: Maintain clear and timely medication administration records.
• Monitor residents: Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and communicate them promptly to nursing staff.
• Provide hands-on support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections: Get to know our residents and create positive experiences throughout each shift.
• Be part of the team: Work alongside supportive coworkers who value compassion, accountability, and teamwork.

What Youll Bring

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification valid in Nebraska.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Dependability and a team-first attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
