Wage: $20.00/hr

• $500 Hiring Bonus

  • $250 after 50 shifts worked

  • $250 after completing medication training

• No Mandating – Your schedule matters

• Competitive Pay – $20/hr

• Support residents in practicing independent living skills

• Encourage healthy boundaries, relationships, and lifestyle choices

• Assist with budgeting, meal planning, and grocery shopping

• Provide medication administration support

• Accompany residents to medical appointments and other community activities

• Some experience working in mental health

• At least 18 years of age

• A strong drive to help others, create positive relationships, and foster independence
