Mental Health Therapist

Columbia Mental Health seeks a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy to diverse adults, adolescents, and families in North Bethesda. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy for mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and other psychiatric conditions. Collaborating with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary team, you will monitor progress, document care, coordinate crisis intervention, and engage in case consultation. The role offers regular supervision, CEU support, and opportunities to contribute to program development in an inclusive, learning-focused environment.
