The Merchandising Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of digital merchandising by managing product placements, maintaining merchandising tools and documentation, and ensuring accuracy across on-site experiences. This role helps keep merchandising operations organized and running smoothly while supporting the team in delivering a seamless online shopping experience.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory operations, including daily inventory tracking and coordinating related communications.
- Maintain and update merchandising links across the website and email.
- Conduct regular audits of on-site merchandising placements to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with merchandising strategy.
- Support project management across merchandising workflows and execution
- Assist with cross-functional coordination, helping manage timelines, communication, and deliverables.
- Provide on-site merchandising support.
- Provide and maintain additional curated product pages for special launches, social or special projects in addition to regularly scheduled weekly features
- Partner with site merchandising team to develop, improve and execute merchandising tools
- Research current and upcoming trends in fashion and retail and best merchandising practices
Required Competencies:
- Time management skills and the ability to complete tasks under short deadlines
- Self-motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced environment and maintain the highest quality of work and focused visual aesthetics
- A superb eye for attention to detail, style, and composition
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices
- Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce operations, retail operations, or a related field (internships included).
- Experience with Google Drive, Excel, Gmail, Word, & PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional projects preferred
- Degree in fashion design, merchandising or a related field preferred

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $23 to $26.
