Project overview: FTPC is being rolled out as a centralized function as well as to other sites hence the need to do some much needed improvements. The project will focus on hardening the FTPC infrastructure to support future roll-outs and centralization. Project goals to includes functions such as... dealing with WAN changes for slow performing operations, general performance improvements and equipment integration

Job Duties

We are looking for a Senior Technical Developer with FTPC. The Senior Developer is responsible meeting with business and business analysts to get requirements and deliver code. The Developer may also be required to perform some unit testing and troubleshooting of issues. Additionally Technical Developers also are responsible for guiding the overall design, developing standards and the day-to-day development of new code within their area of expertise. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the functional and processes, analyzing program requirements, development of requirements, supporting off shore development efforts and the completion of test plans.

Essential Functions

• Participating with the design teams, business stakeholders and architecture groups to develop solution roadmaps to support client innovation and growth
• Collaborate with the design team on developing a strategy for introducing new technical features within your area of expertise.
• Responsible for providing technical leadership in area of domain expertise.
• Responsible for working with the team members to develop standards and best practices for implementing and supporting new development and technologies.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing the development of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work as a key project resource taking day-to-day work direction and accepting accountability for technical aspects of development, including guiding and auditing the work of contract resources

Professional Experience: Good understanding of the latest FTPC development practices

Technical Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of basic FTPC Development tools: Pnuts
• Preferred working knowledge of:
• FTPC and Pnuts
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience of FTPC development in Pnuts (Must have)
• Discrete manufacturing knowledge is a must
• Should have worked in multiple MES deployments
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
