Open Doors is hiring! ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES     Develop awareness and expertise around the donor pipeline at Open Doors, including how various teams and tactics interact with donors to enhance their relationship to the ministry and deepen their partnership.     Collaborate with the Associate Director of Mid-Level Relations to implement strategies for donor growth and retention.      Identify donors who would value deeper relationships who have the capacity to increase giving and desire to deepen engagement.       Provide relational care to mid-level one-time annual givers, seeking opportunities to strengthen connection and long-term partnership.      Regularly engage caseload donors and prospective mid-level donors through weekly phone calls, handwritten notes, emails and personalized outreach.     Regularly complete assigned projects including contributing to departmental brainstorming; supporting various mid-level campaigns;  and implementing additional touchpoints.      Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all donor interactions on their caseload or prospect load within Virtuous CRM.      Other duties as needed REQUIREMENTS     Alignment with the Christian faith and Biblical values     Agreement with Open Doors Statement of Faith and Core Values     Willingness to participate in the community of Open Doors, including staff meetings, devotions and team events     Commitment to Christ-like conduct, offering dignity, compassion and respect for others     Proven work ethic and the ability to stay on task during independent work      Confidentiality and integrity in handling donor information       High emotional intelligence and able to discern donor interest and respond with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.      Ability to travel occasionally for team events or meetings.       24 years in relational, service-oriented role in a fundraising, customer service, sales or ministry context ABOUTOpen Doors provides Bibles, emergency aid, food and shelter, job training, literacy classes, safe houses and other critical support to Christians living in the world's most difficult places.
