Mitigation Manager / Restoration Supervisor

At Unlimited Restoration, we partner with commercial property owners, facility managers, and insurance professionals to restore businesses when disaster strikes. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mitigation Manager / Restoration Supervisor to lead commercial restoration projects from emergency response through project completion. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, estimating proficiency, and the ability to lead field personnel while maintaining exceptional customer service and financial performance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing accurate estimates, managing crews, communicating with adjusters and project stakeholders, and stepping into the field to oversee complex commercial losses. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while meeting client and carrier expectations. This position primarily serves commercial and industrial clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, with support for other company locations as business needs require.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 5 years of restoration industry experience.
• Experience leading mitigation crews and supervising restoration projects.
• Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility/Cotality.
• Working knowledge of Symbility.
• Strong understanding of Time & Material (T&M) estimating and billing.
• Experience managing residential and commercial mitigation losses.
• Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
