Our Field Managers are critical in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are completed on schedule, to correct specifications, and within budget while maintaining strong working relationships with customers' personnel and ensuring issues that are resolved promptly.

Duties include but are not limited to: attending kick off meetings to understand the scope of work, attending GC meetings, scheduling materials and labor in coordination with the GC schedule, performing field door estimate confirmation, completing rough opening reports, completing quality control reports, interpreting elevation drawings, conveying safety requirements to subcontractors and ensuring adherence, receiving material shipments and verifying accuracy, requesting additional materials as needed, installing/repairing any doors and trim that may be needed, communicating how 'We Make It Happen' for the customers to ensure a great trade partner relationship, staying current and educating others on industry trends and news.

Required Skills and Qualifications: strong ability to operate digital devices such as tablets, smart phones and laptops, clear, effective communicator - both verbally and in writing, works effectively with minimal supervision and in a team setting, ability to navigate stairs and uneven terrain, ability to work in outdoor environment during all seasons, ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, proficiency in carpentry skills and tools, positive attitude, valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle for daily use.

Training: as part of our commitment to your success, we provide a comprehensive 4-week training program to equip you with the skills needed for this role. Training may be conducted in another installation market in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia. If travel is required, meals and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the training.

Salary - Based on experience. Benefits - Life, health, dental, and vision after 60 days. Paid vacation and holidays after 90 days. 401(k) with company match when eligible after 6 months.

Position Requirements: at least two (2) years of leadership/management experience preferred, ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally, proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Dropbox, able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time and responsibilities, strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical, valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle for daily use, ability to lift 50+ lbs. of material repetitively.
