A successful State Farm agency in Tennessee is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our small but high-performing team. This role offers a base salary of $30,000 - $35,000 plus commission and performance bonuses, giving top performers the opportunity to earn more. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and closing sales across multiple lines of insurance.

Responsibilities include developing leads and actively pursuing new business opportunities, meeting with prospective customers to identify insurance needs, presenting State Farm Insurance products including auto, home, and life, following up with leads and referrals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals and contributing to team growth.
Qualifications include sales experience preferred (insurance or financial services a plus), strong communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivated with a competitive mindset, ability to thrive in a small team environment, property & casualty license preferred (must be able to obtain), and life and health license preferred (must be able to obtain).
