About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2017, and today I'm fortunate to lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm since 2010, working in corporate, in leadership roles, and as an aspirant before opening my own agency. I'm a college graduate, married with two wonderful kids, and our family includes a horse and two dogs who keep life interesting. Community involvement is important to me. I support organizations such as the Wake County Nurse Family Partnership, Communities in Schools, and the New Location Racehorse Adoption Program. Team members enjoy several perks, including a closed lunch hour each day, early closures at 3 p.m. on Fridays, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
