We're hiring Canvassing Representatives to help introduce homeowners to our premium impact windows, doors, and roofing solutions. This is a door-to-door neighborhood canvassing position, where you'll engage with homeowners, educate them about our products, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

No previous canvassing or sales experience? That's okay.

We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and continuous coaching to help you succeed. If you're willing to learn and put in the effort, we'll give you every opportunity to build a rewarding career.

What You'll Do

As a Canvassing Representative, you'll:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods by going door-to-door.
• Introduce homeowners to Statewide Home Improvement and our industry-leading impact windows, doors, and roofing systems.
• Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our experienced sales consultants.
• Build rapport with homeowners while providing a professional, positive customer experience.
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing paid training to sharpen your communication and sales skills.

Expected earnings range from $800 to $2,100+ per week, with top performers earning well into six figures annually. There is no cap on your earning potentialyour income grows with your performance.
