Practice Details
Collegial team of 4 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
20-bed, single-patient room Level III NICU at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center
Daily census of approximately 12-19 patients
24/7 Neonatologist coverage with daytime NNP support
Care for infants as early as 25 weeks gestation
Advanced neonatal services including:
Total body cooling
EEG and aEEG
High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
Conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV)
Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
Bubble CPAP
Telehealth consultation support for Westside Medical Center Level I Nursery
Physician-friendly Epic EMR
Opportunities for leadership and physician governance participation within the medical group

Total Rewards value: $387,100 - $463,800
Compensation is based on experience, training, certifications, market factors, and other qualifications.
