Neurosurgery Opportunity - Riverside Hampton Roads Neurological & Spine Specialists Riverside Medical Group | Newport News, Virginia Riverside Medical Group is seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon to join our well-established team at Riverside Hampton Roads Neurological & Spine Specialists in Newport News, Virginia. As one of the largest neurosurgery practices in the region, we provide a comprehensive neurological and spine network across southeastern Virginia. Minimally invasive, endoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgical capabilities

Two ambulatory clinic locations

Large integrated neuroscience division with fellowship-trained neurology subspecialists

PM&R physician embedded within neurosurgery practice

Clinical Services Include Spinal fusions

Minimally invasive neurosurgery

Spine tumors and trauma

Spinal stenosis and deformity

Degenerative spine conditions

Brain tumors and trauma

Peripheral nerve surgery

Stroke-related neurosurgical care

Functional neurosurgery including DBS, Gamma Knife, and MRI-guided focused ultrasound

Required Qualifications Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurosurgery Residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Collaborative approach with physicians and advanced practice providers

Ability to provide clinical leadership within the team
