New Construction National Account Manager

We're seeking a New Construction National Account Manager who's ready to be part of a company committed to formulating everyday success for every customer through innovative, reliable products used to adhere, seal, and protect at every level of the building envelope.

About the Role: The New Construction National Account Manager (Gaco) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Gaco's commercial building envelope solutions. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with top National General Contractors (GCs), architects, and specifiers to secure Gaco products across commercial construction projects nationwide.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of strategic sales or national account management within the commercial building materials industry (Roofing, Waterproofing, or Insulation preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with building envelope systems (Foam, Roof Coatings, Fluid-Applied Membranes).
  • Industry Tools: Proficient in leveraging construction tracking tools (Dodge, ConstructConnect) and CRM platforms.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel nationally as required by business needs.
  • Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
