We are partnered with a highly respected, therapist-owned rehabilitation organization with more than 20 years of clinical excellence that is actively hiring Physical Therapists across Skilled Nursing, Outpatient, and Home Health settings throughout New York.
These are long-term contract opportunities offering stability, mentorship, and the flexibility to either convert to a permanent position or remain on an ongoing contract based on your career goals.
The organization is known for its supportive culture, realistic productivity expectations, and clinical mentorship program designed specifically to help new graduates transition successfully into practice.
Compensation: $35-$45/hour (based on experience and location)

What You'll Do
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
• Build confidence in your clinical decision-making through mentorship and support
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• New York State Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
• Strong passion for patient care and rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
