The sales consultant will be responsible for the daily operation of our model home. Working with customers, processing sale agreements and closing new home sales with the final goal of creating a satisfied customer./pp**A FL Real Estate License is required**/ph3Primary Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliEngage visitors, establishing a relationship and determine their home buying needs./liliThrough self generated or referred leads, sell, process and close homes in accordance with company business plans./liliTravel throughout the local community, self-generating leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals and self-prospecting/liliDevelop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographics/liliCustomer-generation process consisting of each week with the final goal of creating a satisfied customer/liliAccompany visitors through the models, and inventory homes answering questions and providing information about the community and discussing features of the home./liliProvide timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact; the purchase and financing process, through all closing and post closing activities; Maintain accurate records of all communications during this process./liliPeriodically gather data and prepare reports for management review./liliResponsible for maintaining the condition of the models and inventory homes; communicating with field and office staff of maintenance issues and ensuring issues are resolved/liliParticipate in the homeowner meetings and orientation(s)./liliRequired to cross-train on other communities./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliMinimum high school diploma or GED required/liliCollege degree preferred/liliMinimum 1 year proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales/liliValid Florida Real Estate License required/liliValid drivers license and good driving record/liliValid auto insurance coverage/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliIntermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)/liliAbility to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations/li/ulh3Additional Requirements/h3ulliThis is an on-site position based in the Ocala, FL area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area.
