New Temp Position for Attorney with Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Finance Experience

Legalpeople is currently working with one of our close clients, an AmLaw 100 firm, to staff a long-term temporary attorney to assist with commercial real estate and/or commercial finance deals at the firm. The client will also consider attorneys interested in a temp to perm role. The client is looking for two candidates with 4+ years of experience in either commercial lending or commercial real estate transactional matters. Candidates with the following experience will all be considered: --experience working with commercial lending and real estate transactions, experience representing developers and institutional lenders in syndicated construction and permanent loans, experience with CMBS and leasing transactions, or experience with financing including mezzanine and structured financing.

This position will involve conducting due diligence on finance transactions as well as drafting and reviewing ancillary agreements to the deal. The hired attorney will work closely with the firm’s partners on deals so good interpersonal skills is a must.

The client is looking to hire as soon as possible, and this position will be remote, unless you are interested in being in the office and live near one of their offices. The hourly rate is highly competitive and commensurate with experience. If the hired candidate is interested in a permanent position, the firm is very open to a temp to perm option. This is an excellent position for someone who is ultimately looking for a long-term position with a very congenial group at an AMLAW 100 firm.
