We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager for our Level IV Advanced NICU to ensure high-quality patient care. Join a phenomenal team dedicated to meaningful patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in daily operations, ensuring department activities align with the facility's mission and long-range plan.
• Coordinate Performance Improvement and continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
• Ensure nursing care adheres to the nursing process and provide clinical support to staff.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of Recent (within the last year) Acute Care NICU Leadership (Manager or Charge Nurse) experience.
• Education: BSN required.
• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (TX license required within 60 days of hire if hired on Compact).
• Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
