Night Loader / Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

- Monday Thursday: 6: 00 PM 2: 30 AM
- Friday: 5: 00 PM 1: 30 AM
- Overtime: Required as needed
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Loader to join our warehouse team in Chino, CA. As a Night Loader, you will play a critical role in our supply chain by ensuring that outbound trucks and containers are safely, efficiently, and accurately loaded for next-day deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Loading & Staging: Safely move, lift, and load freight, pallets, or materials onto outbound trucks and trailers using manual labor or material handling equipment.
- Cargo Security: Stack and secure inventory inside trailers to prevent damage during transport and maximize space efficiency.
- Order Accuracy: Review shipping manifests and work orders to verify that correct items and quantities are loaded onto assigned trucks.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep work areas, staging zones, and docks clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all workplace safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the evening shift crew and team leads to hit nightly shipping deadlines.
- PPE: Steel-toe boots are required on day one.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work evening hours, mandatory overtime, and stay until the job is completed.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a standard 8+ hour shift.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and capable of working at a steady pace in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in loading, unloading, or general warehouse work is preferred, but not required.
