At Complete Care we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. As a leading provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on teamwork and communication.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and comfort to our seniors in need of long-term nursing or rehabilitation care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance
• Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicating effectively with families and other healthcare professionals
• Working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, to accommodate your flexible schedule

As a CNA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Performing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
