TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Boston, MA.



This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.



Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details





  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday, start time 6AM. 8-10 hours per day, averaging 40-50 hours per week.







  • Pay: $22 Per Hour + OT, ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus), $950 - $1,050 Estimated weekly pay







  • Route Type: local







  • Freight / Load Type: seafood







  • Equipment: 16' reefer box truck




  • Handling: light touch - pallet jack





Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:





  • License: Non-CDL







  • Experience: 12 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience







  • Equipment Experience: Box truck







  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)







  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements





Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:





  • Safely operate 16' automatic reefer box truck on local routes







  • Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards







  • Perform required handling tasks including using a pallet jack for deliveries




  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections







  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork







  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations







  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
