About the Position


TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Boston, MA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.



Pay & Schedule Details



  • Pay: $22 Per Hour + OT, ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus), $950 - $1,050 Estimated Weekly Pay

  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday, start time 6 AM. 8-10 hours per day, averaging 40-50 hours per week.

  • Equipment: 16' Reefer Box Truck

  • Handling: Light touch - pallet jack



Key Responsibilities



  • Safely operate a 16' automatic reefer box truck on local routes.

  • Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.

  • Perform required handling tasks including using a pallet jack for deliveries.

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.

  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries.



Minimum Requirements



  • License: Non-CDL

  • Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.

  • Equipment Experience: Box truck.

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
