About the Position


We are currently seeking a Non-CDL Yard Jockey/Switcher to join our team in Elsmere, Kentucky. This position offers a pay rate of $26 per hour with a night shift schedule.



Pay & Schedule



  • Pay: $26 per hour

  • Schedule:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday: 6 PM to 6 AM

    • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6 PM to 6 AM (the following week)





Job Details



  • Route Type: Local

  • Freight: No Touch

  • Equipment: Yard trucks

  • Handling: Moving trailers within the yard



Key Responsibilities



  • Operate yard trucks to move trailers within the yard

  • Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations

  • Perform necessary inspections on equipment



Minimum Requirements



  • 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

  • Experience backing 4853-foot trailers is a must

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
