HIM Director

Seeking an experienced Interim Health Information Management Director to lead HIM operations in a rural hospital setting. This professional exempt position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance. Oversee medical records and coding processes. Maintain data integrity and support HIM staff. The ideal candidate will bring the ability to quickly adapt while providing hands-on support in a small, fast-paced environment. Flu vaccine is required, no exceptions. No more than three days may be requested per 13-week contract. Facility may cancel up to three shifts per 13-week assignment. Guaranteed hours will not apply if shifts are canceled.
