About the Role

We are actively hiring compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while building a stable and flexible career.

Caregivers play a vital role by helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home through daily support and companionship.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Support mobility and safe transfers

Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)

Provide medication reminders (non-medical)

Assist with errands and transportation

Monitor and report changes in client condition

What We're Looking For

1+ year caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)

Experience with ADLs and mobility assistance

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Reliable transportation & valid driver's license

Strong communication skills

Able to meet California Home Care Aide (HCA) requirements

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but a PLUS)

Experience with dementia, hospice, or stroke recovery care

Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.)
