Apply NowA 25-bed critical access hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their very supportive group in Northeastern Colorado. This role is for an advanced practice provider who is seeking to cover low volumes in their Emergency Room & inpatient beds. Experienced candidates with Swing Bed programs and/or Long-Term Care patient management are encouraged to apply!
With a flexible schedule, have the ability to live in Denver and travel in for 14 call shifts per month!
The Opportunity:
5 Days On / 10 Day Off Schedule with option of picking up additional shifts
500 Annual Visits in the Emergency Room
20 Long-term care beds & 5 inpatient/swing beds
Strong & experienced support includes ER physicians via Avel E-Care (Doc-In-A-Box), well-trained nurses, and a robust therapy team available
Competitive salary up to $150,000 + full comprehensive benefits, Retirement Plans, and CME + allowance, and Malpractice Coverage
