Job Overview

  • Specialty: Nurse Practitioner in Orthopedic Surgery - Trauma

  • Location: Georgia

  • Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

  • Shift and Dates: 24-hour call including clinic Mon-Fri 8-5. Shifts Mon-Sun

  • Patient Volume: 12

  • Level II Trauma

  • Required Procedures: No First Assist needed. This will be inpatient/ED rounding on ortho trauma cases along with outpatient clinic schedule. We are a Level II Trauma center and the cases are trauma related cases and not elective procedures. We need splint/cast, fracture reductions, injections, etc.

  • Support Staff: There are two physicians and 2 APPs (one APP is vacant). 2 MAs in clinic. Full nursing in inpatient/ED.

  • EMR: EPIC

  • Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
