Location: Baltimore, MD ***Relocation Assistance Available Base Salary: $105,280 to $132,000
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of LTC exp at an Assistant Nurse Manager or above
- Rehab experience
- RN Leader with great leadership skills, personable (must be able to speak to families and staff).
- Someone who leads by example for the team.

- As Nurse Manager, you will:
- Lead from the front mentor and develop your Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team while serving as a visible, hands-on clinical leader
- Shape the culture foster an environment grounded in psychological safety, accountability, and clinical excellence
- Drive operations oversee staffing, workflows, and daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and fiscal stewardship
- Champion quality & compliance ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals while leading performance improvement initiatives
- Develop your team coach, evaluate, and elevate RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, promoting growth and internal mobility
- Collaborate across disciplines partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program
- ASN required | BSN preferred
- 57 years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation
- At least 2 years in a leadership, charge, or supervisory role
- Active Maryland RN license (they will accept compact to start)
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehab, or memory care
