* Manage a low-volume patient panel of just 3-4 patients per day
* Mostly in-home health care model with some virtual care available
* Established clinical care team of 3 other providers with great support staff
* 4-day work week available with flexible hours to work around your needs
* Rental/fleet vehicle available for commuting

Compensation & Benefits:
* Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $125-$150K plus annual bonus
