We are hiring an RN Nurse Supervisor for a respected inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Augusta, Georgia. You will lead nursing operations during your assigned shift while remaining involved with patients and connected to the clinical team.
This is more than a traditional supervisory role. You will have the opportunity to mentor nurses, influence the quality of care, solve problems in real time, and help patients regain their independence.

Your Impact
As the Nurse Supervisor, you will be the go-to clinical leader during your shift. You will help staff navigate daily challenges, ensure patients receive excellent care, and keep nursing operations running smoothly.
You will:
Lead and support nursing staff throughout the assigned shift
Oversee patient care, treatments, and nursing services
Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and real-time feedback
Coordinate communication between staff, nursing leadership, and administration
Respond to clinical and operational concerns with confidence
Help implement patient-care programs, policies, and procedures
Support employee evaluations and performance improvement
Maintain accountability for patient safety, care quality, and staff performance
Assist with direct patient care when additional support is needed
Create a positive environment where both patients and employees feel supported
What You’ll Bring
Active Registered Nurse license meeting Georgia requirements
Current BLS certification
At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the past five years
Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or other nursing leader
Experience guiding staff, resolving problems, and providing clinical direction
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to patient-centered care
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
You must also be able to obtain:
ACLS certification within one year of hire
CRRN certification within one year of becoming eligible

Pay Details: $38.00 to $52.00 per hour
