Nursing Professional Development Generalist

The successful candidate will possess recent bedside experience in the Med-Surg service line.

The Nursing Professional Development Generalist plans and develops appropriate training, utilizing behavioral objectives, lesson plans, and testing methodology in order to ensure that the organization's personnel receive the necessary education in order to perform their duties.
