Required Experience and Education:

• Education: Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience: 5 years of general nursing to include and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse Licensure by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and Basic Life Support Upon Hire
