About this Opportunity:
Established practice with strong patient demand and growth
Collaborative model with OB/GYNs, laborists, APPs, and Certified Nurse Midwives
Deliver and operate at Atrium Health Union (Level II NICU)
Practice in a new Women's Tower with modern LDRP suites
Opportunity for leadership involvement (Medical Director option available with protected time)
Approximately 5-6 call shifts per month
24-hour call structure
Shared coverage model designed to support balance and sustainability

Midwife support for labor & delivery during daytime hours
Main clinic located adjacent to the hospital, with an additional office nearby
EPIC EMR with integrated AI tools (DAX Copilot) to support documentation efficiency
