Bolivar Medical Center is actively recruiting an OBGYN to join our established Women's Health Clinic. We are a 164-bed general acute care hospital and are a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services. Our specialists do more than treat illness and injury. About the position:
Clinic Hours: M-F 8a-5p
Schedule: Flexible - 36 patient care hours
Call: 1:3 (with FTE and locums support); typically 0-3 calls/day
Average patients per day (when ramped): 25-30
Department: 1OB, locums support, Uro for GYN, U/S tech, lab tech, RN support
No robotics
4 OR + 2 C-section suites, 5 LDR beds
Outpatient therapy support for pelvic floor and other female needs
Urology and General Surgery support
Staff is stable and long-term
Deliveries for the team ~300 babies/year
Qualifications:
BE/BC in OBGYN
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of MS and DEA with full prescriptive authority
