Join one of the nation's largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Aurora Health Care is seeking an Occupational Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Highlights
Full time position that works 5 days a week covering our South WI footprint, with primary location being Aurora Kenosha Medical Center
Salary Base Plus Compensation model from $306,007 to $306,007 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus
Additional compensation stipend is available to collaborate with our APPs
Position includes treating workers compensation injuries and occupational health
Imaging, splinting, wound care, medication management, back injury care, back to work restrictions, pre-employment physicals, TB testing, DOT guidelines, FAA guidelines, lead exposure, asbestos, other hazardous materials. MRO services are outsourced
Mixture of scheduled patients plus walk-ins
Manageable workload with great lifestyle including a Monday - Friday schedule, no nights, weekends, or call
Strong employer base in the community with lots of history
Experience a collaborative occupational medicine team
Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
As a 501c3 organization our positions qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Training and/or Experience Required
Board certified or board eligible physician
No prior experience in Occupational Medicine required
