Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

This role supports interdisciplinary care and requires clinical documentation, treatment planning, and communication with patients, families, and facility staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Jersey State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records and skilled documentation preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric diagnoses, cognitive impairments, and ADL retraining preferred.
