On Call General Laborer

General Laborer Opportunity

Twin City Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking general laborer to support daily operations at our job site. Responsibilities include sorting materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various physical tasks as needed. This position is on-call, with potential for becoming full time.

Location: Chaska, MN

Wage: $19.76 - $20.24 per hour

Hours:

• On-call / As-needed basis
• 1st Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am or 12:30 am, Monday - Friday
• Potential for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity (restrictions apply).

Duties of the on call general laborer:

• Sort materials from on a line
• Ensure proper sorting is followed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
• Willingness to cross-train in various job duties

Requirements of the on call general laborer:

• Reliable transportation required
• Work outdoors in dusty conditions and varying weather
• Ability to work an on-call, flexible schedule
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel and squat all shift
