Job Title: Reginal Sales Director and KeyAccount Director (KAD) –Oncology

Territory: Multiple Locations - United States


Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Area Director, the Key Account Director (KAD) is responsible for identifying, developing and executing business strategic plans in launching and selling products of the company. Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop account strategy and plans to deliver sales results.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of products at a local level.
  • Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing, long-term collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deliver plans and achieve sales goals on budget.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate should have strong Oncology clinical sales experience, with proven expertise in selling biologics and biosimilars across the complete product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.


Key Requirements :

  • Oncology Sales: Strong clinical sales experience within Oncology.
  • Biologics & Biosimilars: Experience selling and supporting biologic/biosimilar products.


Institutional Channel Sales: Proven experience selling to:

  • Hospitals
  • Healthcare organizations
  • Government-sponsored healthcare programs
  • UN-accredited institutions


  • High-Volume Sales: Ability to manage an annual sales target of $5M+.
  • Medical Buy & Bill: Hands-on experience with Buy & Bill products and processes.
  • GPO & IDN: Experience with GPO contracting, IDN relationships and group purchasing organizations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, particularly around institutional contracts.
  • Commercial Terms: Experience managing rebates, discounts, pricing and volume-based sales.
  • Executive Relationships: Strong strategic relationships with C-suite and senior healthcare stakeholders.
