This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM. November 4 and 18

• Practice Setting: Outpatient

• Type of cases and required procedures: New patient and follow up visits. Hemotology and Oncology patients.

• Credentialing timeframe: One week

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

• Certifications required: Board certification

• Licensure required: Indiana state medical
