Clean Harbors is looking for an Operations Manager to join their new data center services team. This individual will lead field operations for data center construction, specialty mechanical support, commissioning mechanical flushing, chemical passivation, water filtration, and industrial cleaning while ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Managing and coordinating the efforts and Health and Safety oversight of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
- Ensuring utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
- Developing, monitoring and measuring against operational and financial KPI's.
- Establishing processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
- Ensuring infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
- Developing and ensuring compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related required.
- 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business. (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Ability to travel 50%.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
