Maid Right is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will help drive revenue through customer retention, cleaner training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Most of our work is completed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no evening hours unless requested. We require some experience for this position, but we will train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work as part of a team, providing relief and support for absences as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities include training cleaners to operate the Maid Right cleaning systems and ensure they meet our high standards, conducting new customer walkthroughs and ensuring customer satisfaction, working as a team with customer service representatives and cleaning teams to provide exceptional customer service, providing relief and support for absences as needed, assisting with customer retention and driving revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services, maintaining equipment and cleaning supplies, participating in customer acquisition activities and lead generation, and assisting in office as needed.

Requirements include some experience in the cleaning industry, a valid driver's license, and bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable.
