- Operate NEW Production Line
- 12-hour NIGHT Shift Schedule (Train on DAYS)
- Multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
- Become a Skilled Machine Operator
- Pull and weigh materials
- Learn line start-up and troubleshooting
- Learn to Operate Forklift
- Assist other projects and work as needed
- Mechanical ability and problem solving
- Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Starting Pay of $23.00 per hour ($1.00 Shift Premium when moved to Nights)
- +.50 pay increase at 6 months
