Summary: The Chiller Operator is responsible for operation of the chiller according to George's chiller procedures and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:

• Turn on chillers and verify start up and proper mechanical operations.
• Verify temperatures for regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all chemicals are properly measured and dispensed.
• Perform all required temps and mechanical operations as required throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

Education And/Or Experience

• Required
  • None
• Preferred
  • Previous poultry processing experience
