Operator - Hydrovac - Watford City, ND

Position Summary:

Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including: utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching and digging.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications:

* Work outdoors - perhaps in some extreme climates

* Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner, ensure hydrovac truck and all equipment are in good working condition

* Preform pre and post inspections, as well as routine maintenance

* Must be able to sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl repetitively

* Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts

* HAZWOPPER, TENORM, H2S, Confine Space and Rescue, First Aid, training preferred

* OSHA 10, required within 30 days of hire

* Assist fellow crew members wherever required to get the job done (may entail manual labor and/or be outside your ticketed trade)

* Class A CDL preferred, Class B CDL preferred

* May work around some hazardous material

* Hydrovac experience preferred

* Set up and inspect grounding and/ or bonding procedures for hydrovac operation

* Personal Protective equipment (PPE) required

* Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

* Driver's License required

* Complete all required paperwork properly and submit on time
