This dynamic Ophthalmology practice is looking for a motivated physician to lead one of their offices in Michigan. This partnership track position offers strong compensation plus extraordinary clinical and surgical support staff, an affiliated surgical center and a great work/life balance.
The Opportunity: • This physician owned practice offers you a voice and provides you with the resources to practice at the top of your license. • Lead one of their six offices in the region and build your practice how you like. • Multi-specialty practice has 12 Ophthalmologists and 12 Optometrists including at each office. • Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system. • Opportunity to buy in to the physician owned surgical center. • Great lifestyle with no hospital call, no weekends, holidays or nights.
Compensation Details: • Established and transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings $700K to $1 Million. • Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2. • 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, relocation and more. • Executive level benefits include medical, dental, health, and malpractice insurance with tail.
