Compensation Details: • Proven earning potential of $1,000,000+ • $600,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus from day one • Partnership eligibility after just one year • Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, maximum retirement match, profit sharing and Safe Harbor contribution • CME stipend, relocation and signing bonus, plus profit-sharing
