Luxury Jewelry Fulfillment Specialist

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)

Compensation: $45,760 $49,920 per year (equivalent to $22$24 per hour, depending on experience and performance)

Signing Bonus: $500 after 30 days of employment

$500 after 90 days of employment + performance-based rate increase

Schedule: Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (US Time)

Occasional weekends during holiday peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.
• Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.
• Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship.
• Coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).

Requirements:

• Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail you triple-check your work before you say "done."
• Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
• Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
