Requirements

* Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with ABOS or AOBOS

* Must be able to treat wide spectrum of orthopedic conditions: routine deformities, post-traumatic reconstructions, and total ankle arthroplasty

* Must have current Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
