Our scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure while ensuring our clients benefit from consistent and timely therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Proactive Sculpt, your daily responsibilities will include: * Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult clients, determining their physical capabilities, deficits, and therapy needs. * Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and customized to meet the unique goals of each patient. * Regularly assessing patients' clinical progress through observation and standardized assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. * Maintaining meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and treatments using our electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and timelines. * Educating patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, recovery expectations, and potential challenges, fostering a supportive and encouraging recovery journey. * Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to clinic-wide business objectives while prioritizing patient-centered care. * Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within Proactive Sculpt to coordinate patient care, especially for clients receiving interdisciplinary therapies. * Upholding and exemplifying the core values of our organization, serving as a positive representative of our clinic's philosophy. Qualifications To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following qualifications: * A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. * Current, unrestricted physical therapy licensure issued by the Illinois Board of Physical Therapy. * A strong desire and capability to deliver quality therapy both in-person and, where appropriate, via telehealth. * Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and a diverse patient demographic. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and educate patients. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 80,000 and going up to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
