  • Orthopedic Surgeon, Per Diem
  • Start As soon as credentialed
  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Shifts: 15-17 Days a Month
  • Total Joint, Arthroscopy, and below knee amputation
  • Inpatient on-call and outpatient clinic
  • Provider must be licensed in Kentucky or hold an IMLC license at the time of joining.
  • EMR: MediTech
  • Location: Kentucky
